As a candidate for a Master’s in Local Economic Development from the prestigious London School of Economics and Political Science, with a bachelor’s degree in economics with Distinction, I am passionate about helping students conquer the fascinating realm of economics and English! With my entire schooling and university education in English, I’ve become a language virtuoso, fluent in both the spoken and written word. From grammar to literature, I’m here to make language arts fun and exciting.

My coursework has equipped me with a treasure trove of knowledge in microeconomics, macroeconomics, econometrics, managerial economics, public economics, and international finance. But fear not, young scholars! I’ve mastered the art of turning complex theories into captivating tales, so you’ll grasp economic principles like never before!
Oh, and did I mention my experience in teaching English to grade eight students in India? Managing a class of 30 diverse students taught me to tailor my teaching methods to suit everyone’s pace. We’ll use exciting visual aids and gamified activities to make learning a thrilling adventure!

As your tutor, my mission is clear: to provide comprehensive guidance and support in English and Economics, making them your favorite subjects ever! My practical experience in data analysis and research complements my strong educational background, ensuring you’ll become a true expert in these fields.

During my enriching teaching experience as an English tutor for grade eight students in India, I had the incredible opportunity to connect with a diverse group of 30 young minds, each with their unique backgrounds and learning paces.
In this journey of knowledge-sharing, I learned that catering to individual needs is the key to unlocking the full potential of my students. I adapted my teaching methods to suit each student's pace and background, ensuring no one was left behind. Using engaging visual aids, I transformed seemingly redundant textbook knowledge into captivating stories that sparked their curiosity and imagination.

I firmly believe that understanding the "why" behind a concept is just as crucial as grasping the "how." So, before delving into challenging topics, I focused on strengthening their conceptual understanding. Through interactive and gamified learning activities, we moved beyond traditional PowerPoint presentations, making the learning process an exciting adventure they eagerly embarked upon.

Learning is a unique adventure, and as a tutor, I embrace the individuality of each student and adapt my approach accordingly. To captivate and inspire my students, I implement the following techniques:
a. I encourage involvement by facilitating discussions and hands-on exercises. This practical application fosters a deeper understanding and better retention of concepts.
b. Recognizing diverse learning styles, I tailor my teaching methods to accommodate various preferences, whether visual, auditory, or kinesthetic. This personalized approach ensures effective comprehension.
c. I bring abstract concepts to life by linking them to real-life situations. This approach makes the subject matter relevant and relatable to my students' everyday experiences, fostering genuine interest and curiosity.
d. I strive to create a supportive and nurturing space where students feel comfortable voicing their questions and thoughts. Offering constructive feedback and providing encouragement play pivotal roles in boosting their confidence and motivation.
e. Learning should be a joyful journey! To make it delightful, I incorporate games, puzzles, and creative exercises into the learning process. These engaging activities keep the excitement alive and make the entire learning experience enjoyable for my students.
